Provide hospitality services to visitors and members on a weekly basis, and help facilitate the hospitality area at worship services, including the production of quality coffee, tea, water and light refreshments with an inviting atmosphere and an attitude of love and care.

The role of the usher in church is a volunteer position, and is considered one of honor. Responsibilities include greeting people as they arrive for the service, assist in finding seating, help people with special needs, receive the tithes/offering and assist with communion.

A church greeter is the first and last person people see when visiting a church. The church greeter is the face of any ministry, which makes it very important. The greeter welcomes regular members and visitors with a smile or handshake as they arrive in the doors.

Building Presentation Ministry is dedicated to maintaining the house of God at the highest level of cleanliness, and is responsible for keeping the church clean and tidy between events, services, and various church activities.

Grounds Ministry Care for the church by taking care of maintaining the church facility and grounds. They keep the church grounds clean and in optimal condition and perform other exterior maintenance projects.

The Word Works Bookstore carries Bibles, devotionals, books and music, and many other products that will lift you up as you walk with Christ and lead others to Him. Volunteers assist with purchases and are well informed about what is carried in the bookstore, in order to assist members and visitors resources they need.

Real Life Girlfriends is the exciting Women’s Ministry of Real Life Church and is focused on bringing women together monthly to help develop their full potential and build relationships. Volunteers help with monthly meeting set up, decoration, food, clean up, phone calls, etc.

Men of Victory is the Men's Ministry of Real Life Church, dedicated to helping men be the Godly men God calls them to be. Volunteers are needed to assist with monthly meeting & special events set up, food, clean up, phone calls.

Real Life Kids is a place where children hear the Word of God, see it in action and have an opportunity to practice being doers of what they learn. Our Pastors believe that church should be fun for everyone, especially for children. All children’s ministry volunteers go through screening process, which also includes background check.

THE CORE provides a place where youth are loved, accepted, affirmed, and valued. With powerful messages and fun-filled activities, we challenge students to grow, build relationships, and help prepare them for a lifelong walk with Jesus. All Youth ministry volunteer go through screening process, which also includes background check.

The Media Ministry at RLC exists to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ through technology by creating a dynamic environment for worship and effective communication. Our team focus includes sound, audio, lighting, video production, and real time technical support.

The purpose of M.A.S.H. ministry is to minister salvation house to house, at community events, and other locations to show God’s Love, spread the Good News and provide effective prayer to the community.

The Parking Lot Ministry exists to make RLC a safer, more convenient place for people to fellowship and visit. They manage the flow of traffic by ushering cars into spaces in a safe and feasible manner.

The Praise & Worship ministry is a team of believers who are called to worship The Lord and facilitate the worship experience at Real Life Church, through song, praise and worship. Also to encouraging the congregation to participate in the worship experience.

Anyone needing encouragement, comfort, or a sense of belonging. We Care Ministry visits and encourages those who are ill, shut-in, lonely, discouraged, experiencing problems. They minister the Love of God, share the Word of God and provide support.

We believe that no life is beyond the reach of God’s power, mercy and love. The Jail/Prison Ministry of Real Life Church envisions a future in which countless prisoners, ex-prisoners, and their families, are redeemed, restored, and reconciled through the love of God. Jail ministry volunteers go through screening process, which also includes background check.

Safety and Security Volunteers guard all church property against fire, theft, vandalism, illegal entry or other violations rules of misconduct; is responsible for maintaining safe and secure grounds and buildings of RLC; and coordinates any emergency assistance when needed on church property. Training is provided.
